Csam.net Internet Policies

Terms of Agreement:
The first $15.00 of the dialup payment is for setup and is non-refundable.
The Three Month Billing Cycle is sent out by Email only.
In Order to pay by cash, check or money order on a monthly basis, customer must agree to the “Prepay” plan. (No bill is sent).
Any Dial-up account is subject to interruption in service if payment is not received within NET TERMS (10 Days).
Csam.net, a division of Seimitsu, is not required to contact clients on past due payments before interrupting service.
Written form of cancellation or customer showing identification is necessary to cancel service.
