COLLECTION AND USE INFORMATION
Seimitsu/Csam.net Internet Services respect our customers and their need
for privacy. Although we do require certain personal information during
the time of account setup, this information is used strictly for customer
support and account verification. This information will never be released
or sold to any other entity except for affiliates, unless authorized in
writing by the customer or unless ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Seimitsu/Csam.net may share personal information with select affiliates in order to provide services to our customers. We do not share identifying information (like name and address) with affiliates for their use in delivering product and service offers to customers. Affiliates will not be allowed to use any information provided in serving our customers to be sold, rented, or given to any other company. Affiliates are not allowed to use Seimitsu/Csam.net data for any other purpose other than approved programs designed to better serve Seimitsu/Csam.net customers.
Seimitsu/Csam.net collects information from visitors and customers who use the various parts of our services. We use this information primarily to provide a customized experience as you use our services.
USAGE INFORMATION
Seimitsu/Csam.net Internet Services monitors all internet servers (i.e.
web, email, authentication) in order to maintain a high quality of service.
Seimitsu/Csam.net also monitors the status of high speed internet connection
where applicable in order to ensure the highest amount of uptime possible.
We do not monitor or record online activities, websites visited, or online
communications such as email, news groups, chat rooms, or instant messengers.
At no time will any of our staff need to view or read a customer's personal
email unless it is necessary to resolve a technical problem and have
consent from the customer to do so.
CIVIL AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS
Seimitsu/Csam.net Internet Services will not release a customer's personal
or usage information to attorneys, investegators or similar agencies
unless directed to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction. If there
happens to be a court hearing, we will notify the customer so they have
the opportunity to contest the release and/or surrender of personal information.
Seimitsu/Csam.net Internet Services fully cooperates with all law enforcement agencies, but still requires court documentation/order before releasing personal information. The Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution requires a court order to conduct a search and seizure. Seimitsu/Csam.net will, when requested by law enforcement entities, acknowledge the existence of personal customer information, and if necessary provide the technical language to include in the court order. In a criminal investigation Seimitsu/Csam.net is under a duty not to divulge the fact of the investigation to the customer.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Protecting the privacy of children is extremely important to Seimitsu/Csam.net.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
of 1998 and other applicable laws, we require that users of our services
be at least 18 years of age. We do not ask for or collect information
from persons under 18 years of age.
Seimitsu/csam.net recommends at all times that persons under the age of 18 ask a parent or qualified guardian for permission before using and/or sending any and all personal information over the internet. Seimitsu/Csam.net has security measures in place to protect the loss,
misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. While we
make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network
and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent
third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining this information.
We will never sell your information to a third party.
HOW TO ACCESS OR MODIFY YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Seimitsu/Csam.net offers customers the opportunity to update or modify
personal information provided during registration. Please contact our
office during normal business hours at (912) 352-3689 from 8:00am to
6:00pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday (excluding
holidays).
